Returns

To be eligible for a return, the package must be completely sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
Opened, unsealed, or used packages are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
